The Pivot constraint will keep an object in place while making it able to rotate. This constraint is often required and usefull in combination with other constraints.

It only has Local Coord parameters, by default always in the center. Change its position within the object to give it a wobbly rotation.

Note: A Local Coord works with offsets (unlike a World Coord which works with game zone coordinates). Zero is in the middle of the object. The maximum value is determined by the size of the object. Positive values will move the constraint within the object to the right (X) or up (Y). Negative values will move to the left or down.
